It’s not too difficult to see why only 38% of 18-24 year olds voted in 2001. Ask any young person what they think of politics and they’ll say its "boring, elitist, irrelevant, stuffy, inaccessible . . .". Spinon’s aim is to change this: to engage and connect young people with politics.

By developing innovative new media formats, Spinon will inform and engage young people in politics using language they understand and formats that are relevant to them. Spinon will then go a step further and give people the chance to connect and interact with the political process, by combining new information and communications technologies.
