• SpinonCONNECT will work over a number of communications devices SMS/PDA, internet, and local community intranet systems. Based around the DEMOCS card game model from the NEF, SpinonCONNECT will deliver the relevant balanced information to the citizens in an accessible format. The Citizens can then choose to make their voice heard either electronically, or physically. Communications technology will work with traditional mechanisms to allow greater inclusivity, and participation in local decision making.

  A new Legislative Bill regarding the decriminalisation of class C drugs has been drafted. You are unhappy with the proposed Bill. SpinonCONNECT will enable the citizen to have his voice heard. In fact it turns out that 10,000 other people are also unhappy with the Draft Bill, and all have the same problem with it. SpinonCONNECT not only provides the citizens with all the relevant information regarding the Draft Bill, it also enables the individual to have their say and to interact with the political process. With a 'deal' having been struck between Spinon and the Establishment, citizens are given the chance to connect, challenge and even change the legislation that affects their lives.
